Um, I'm not really sure what you are talking about but if your wondering about Mew you need an Gameshark or AR (action replay) if your talking about the dulplicate code then talk to the guy in viridian city where the locked Gym is(or was) and say yes.

You want to see how to catch a Pokemon then go to cinnabar island then go towards the gym then go near the water then surf right near the surface once you find a messed up Pokemon I think it is called missingno or something whatever is in your 6th pocket is added by 100 or 99.

I'm not sure but by alotbut don't kill it or it will stop apparing and then you can't use the code but if it stops coming up you should find Mewtwo wait no that is only red version blastios or sandslash on levels like 137 142 and stuff very odd but when you do the code do it on the master ball and catch anything!

I don't know, they probably think they can use the missingno trick to get him, but they can't, his hex number is too low it's lik 15 and it starts at 30 I think, so it's that or they think they can evolve missingno till they get Mew, which could take years..., anyways if you go to Pokemon yellow cheats and the first question or so should be about Mew tricks, I answered in there how to get Mew, it works for all three, red, blue, and yellow, it's a glitch, and i've tried it and it works, and if you go to the site on there and look at the Mew trick you can see the pictures of it

1) The truck apparently has some purpose in a cheat or it's a glitch.
2) I'm not sure, probably one of the Mew cheats.

1.They say Mew is in the truck,but it is not true because I tried it.

2.Mew is a Lengendary Pokemon that can learn any move.

2) It just describes Mew, it doesn't do anything, you can only get him through cheat device.

1. I'm not really sure what the truck's for. It could just be there to make us think that there's something weird about it, or it could be an awesome glitch that no one has found out yet. I think that the truck has something to do with the keys, that are in the Gamecorner, because why else would there be keys there? Whatever it is, no one has figured it out. Some one should call Nintendo and ask. You never know, it could be a cheat.

2. I don't know what you're really talking about. Do you mean inside the lab or that building that has all the books, or whatever on cloning Mew? That's just explaining Mewtwo to you. It's probably to get you excited to catch the Pokemon. Nothing really important. Or do you mean about surfing on the right side of the town, and finding over level 100 Pokemon? Sorry, but you can't get Mew that way.

Nothing they are all bogus look for the cheat that involves gambler near lavender town that is the only Mew cheat that works

The rumor for the truck is that if you surf to the opposite side of it then use strength a Mew lvl 10 attacks you

Its just a book about Mew in the burned masion that says something about how he was born but it's not important really
