To get passed it go to the game corner and go all the way to the back of the building were a poster is talk to the poster and a switch will be underneath it.

Push it and a stair case will appear on the right go in there. Battle a rocket guy who says something about the lift key. After you win talk to him and he will say Arrrrr.

I dropped the lift key. Get the key. Find the Lift and go into it. go to level 4. Battle the rockets and the door will open and Giovanni will be there.

Kick his soory but and Pick up the Silph Scope. Get out of the gamecorner and get to Lavender Town. Go in to the big building were the ghosts were. Go to the end and you will be battled by a Marowak.

Kill it and go down those stairs. Battle the Rocket guys and talk to the old lady.

She will take you to her house talk to her again and she will give you the PokeFlute. Which will wake up the Snorlax if you Play it right in front of him.
