ANSWERS

You find it in the Seafoam Islands. First you must drop boulders into the holes then after you have dropped about 3 of them, hop in a hole and you can surf to articuno. Then you can capture it.

You find it in a cave in Seaform Island.

It is in the Seafoam Islands.

The aquifers are driven along by a harsh current, so you will have to go to the floor above Articuno and drop enough boulders to negate the current.

Afterward, go to the aquifer and use Surf to navigate your way to Articuno. It is at level 50 and knows Peck and Ice Beam.

As with its electric and fiery brethren, you can catch it with a Master Ball, or you can put it to sleep or freeze it and chuck away normal balls.

Sorry for the lack of detail, but you have to search in Seafoam Islands. There are strong currents within that need to be controlled by pushing some boulders through holes in the floor.
