I'm not darkborder_77 but shall help you anyway.
Once you have beaten the elite four, you will be allowed in the cave in cerulean and in there are some powerful Pokemon and mewtwo right at the end.

Hey, Jimmy, thanks for the reference. (I thought I already told you this last week...)

To get Mewtwo, you must defeat the Elite Four, then head to Cerulean City and go north up Nugget Bridge. Make a left, then use Surf around the corners until you get to a plot of land with a cave entrance. Enter that cave, and your serch for Mewtwo begins. Good luck with finding it.

You have to defeat the elite four and where that man was blocking the enterance to that cave that is now accessible and mewtwo is hidden deep in the cave.

You get mewtwo by beating Elite 4 then going in the cave(Ceruelan City spelling?)

Well I'm not darkborder_77 but I can tell you how to get Mewtwo: after you defeat the elite 4. The guy in front of the cerulean cave (I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT MT MOON) will be gone. Go inside usng 6 of your STRONGEST POKEMON with the hm moves surf, strenght, and Ithink flash. (some Pokemon that are hard to find are in there.)
