Recover the Gold Teeth in the Safari Zone and give them to the Warden at his home in Fuchsia City.

The Safari Zone Warden will give it to you once you find his Gold Teeth, which can be found in the Safari Zone near the building with Surf.

By the way, you can't push the truck near the S.S. Anne. The only known way of getting Mew (without a cheating device or those long-since-past Nintendo events) is with the Mew Glitch, which is explained in the Hints section, I believe.

Recover the Gold Teeth in the Safari Zone and give them to the Warden. Then he should give you the HM.

Find the <b>Gold Teeth</b> in the Safari Zone, then hand them to the Warden back in his house in Fuscia City.

You need to go into the safari zone to the final plain and you will find the gold teeth.
Give them to the warden and he will give you strength.
