I have 2 questions.
<BR>1. I've beaten Misty and she gave me CUT, but how can I use it?

To get the HM move CUT, you need to have the S.S Ticket from Bill-go to the S.S Anne in Vermillion city and help the Captain out by rubbing his back, but before you do so beat all the trainers and all that on the ship apart from one. Then help the Captain out(watch out for Gary/ whatever you called him), he'll give you the HM CUT and then find the only trainer left on the ship and deliberatley lose and the S.S Anne will not leave!
If you're wondering why to lose to the last trainer because after you've helped the Captain, you cannot use DIG or Escape Rope to get off-only by the door basically in the end, but by then the ship would have set sail!
Note: Before you help the Captain you're allowed to go on and off the ship for as long as you want.

Misty is not supposed to give you Cut... You are supposed to get Cut from the Captain on SS Anna in Vermilion City.
