Missingno is known to not be registered in the PokeDex, even though it bears the PokeDex ID of 000.

Also, if you caught this missingno pokemon, and you try to save this game, but warning, if you do that, it might caught your memory saving damage, that mean you will do all over game again...

No he doesn't go into the pokedex but if you're having trouble catching a Kangaskhan, give missingno a rare candy and it will evolve into it.
