You can get one without a GameShark, you know.

Go to Cerulean City and go to the house with the man in it who tells you about the different effects of different badges. Now, go out the back door of it, and you will be in his backyard. I think if you take 3 steps left, then face up and press A, you will find an invisible Rare Candy.

There are other Rare candies in the game. Did you find these ones already:
Cerulen City
Mt. Moon
Route 2(I think)
Cinabar Island
Sinph co.
Rocket hideout
Seafom Islands
Unknown Dungen
That's all I can remember. Did you find them already?

Well if yo have a GameShark use it. If not search Mt.Moon and Silph Co.

In mewtwo cave, there is a patch of rocks,and there is one white one.Heres a map
W=water
S=stairs
~=rare candy
X=you
R=walkable surface
1=rocks

There is one in Cerulean City in the garden behind the man who tells you of the different effects of different Badges, and some more in Cerulean Cave...

You could always get a action reply and put in a cheat for unlimited ones! Or, you could scour all the caves in the game, they always have a few in there.
