IF i chose not to let my Saur evolve and keep lvling it will it keep up with an evolved Saur? like would it be a little less powerful but faster or what? because of the size? just wondering because i want to lvl my Bulbasaur and not Evolve it like Ashe and get

Your Bulbasaur will be less powerful than an Ivysaur, and a Venusaur for that matter. You can continue to not evolve them, however, if you don't evolve them by Lvl 98, you can't get your perfect pokedex, and you can't complete the game.

In fact, the only reasons to let it stay as a Bulbasaur are just because you want to, or if it learns moves the others can't learn, or even if you want it to learn moves faster.

Bulbasaur will be weaker if you don't evolve. I say Evolve, then evolve to Venasaur
