WHERE!?!?

Hi this is driving me crazy. Can someone please tell me where on route 24 and 25 to find Abra? I've been looking everywhere for him and no luck.

I've never encountered Abra there. From what I know, earliest area you can find him in is the path of grass west of Nugget Bridge.

Abra is found next to the long patch of grass to the left of Nugget Bridge, just above Cerulean and near the route you said, Route 24. You should find an Abra there eventually.

My first time playing this game, I bought Abra at the Celadon Game Corner Prive Booth. It was like 300 coins I think. Then about my 3rd time playing I cought it in the patch of grass in Cerulean City. It's by the Nugget Bridge on the way to the Mewtwo cave. Hope I helped....
