ANSWERS

Go to the Fan Club in Vermilion City and talk to the president. After his rant he will give you a Bike Voucher. Go to the bike shop and present it to the guy at the counter, and he should give you a bicycle.

In Vermillian go in all the buildings when you go in one with a big table and people talk to the guy at the top after his lechure he will give you the bike voucher go to the bike shop and the gut will give it to you.

Go to Vermilion city. left of the Pokemon center there is a building, when you go in there is a large table. On the opposite side of the table is a man. talk to him and he will give you a bike voucher. Use this in the bike shop.

P.S. you can never actually bye the bike so you either get it for free or you don't.

Go to the Pokemon Fan Club in Vermillion City by the Poke Center. Talk to the guy and afterwards he'll give you a bike voucher. Bring that to the bike shop and you'll get a FREE bike.

Talk to the man in the building next to the Pokemon centre in Vermilion City. He'll give you a bike voucher.

You have to go to vermillion city in the fan club. Talk to the guy who talks about the rapidash and he should give you a bike voucher. Take it to the bike shop and you will get a free bike.

In Vermilion City, there should be a Pokemon Fan Club. Listen to his painfully long lecture, then he will hand over a Bike Voucher for you to turn in at the Bike Shop back at Cerulean for a free Bike.
