You have to go to your cabin and fall sleep. Your cabin is all the way to the left, when you go first enter the ship. Just go to your bed, and go to it. If it doesn't anything automatically, then just press a button and then it will give you the option of sleeping.

The ship doesnt go to fushia. To get the ship to move in general you must get cut from the captain and then get off the ship which sails away. Then after facing the gym head up to cerulean and then right to the rock tunnel to get to lavendar and from there you can eventually get to fushia
