Well it can be, if you want 108 rare candies, master balls, nuggets etc. But be warned. It may destroy your hall of fame which I mentioned in the question above this but apart from that I don't think there is any other consequence but I don't know for sure, I'm still waiting for my question to be answered.

Well you can do it as many times as you would like, unlike the Action Replay and the Game Shark this cheat was put in by Nintendo by a accident. So catching this "Pokemon" will cause error. So just use Missingno to multiply your items.
