ANSWERS

You get it from Mr. Fuji after you free him from Pokemon Tower, but you will also need Silph Scope and you can get that from the Silph CO. Building in Saffron City I think it is.

Go to the game corner and standing at the back will be a roocket in front of a poster beat him and click on the poster. It will say something about a switch and pressing it... Then go right and down some stairs whilst in thereyou will have to fight team rocket spread over 4 floors on 4th floor you will fight giovanni (rocket boss) and when beqaten him you will pick up silph scope then go tolavender and into Pokemon tower make your way to the very top beating the ghost that turns into marowak on the way and on thew top floor you will fight 4 rocket members and the mr fuji will be at the end of the passage talk to him and he will go back to his house. Go out of Pokemon tower and into his house (also in lavender it is signposted) talk mr fuji he will give you the pokeflute.

You get it after escuing mr.fujji from the top of the Pokemon tower.
