Im having trouble catching 4 of the Pokemon in the safari zone. Pinsir, Chansey, Tauros, and Kangeskahn. 1 reason is because I never find them. The other reason is because if I throw a rocat least once, they all run away. What do I have to do to catch them(mainly Kangeskahn)? Thanks...

Ok for starters, those are the rarest Pokemon to find in the safari zone. Secondly, kudos to you for still playing blue! Now as for catching them, it all depends on luck I'm sorry to say. For me I have a certain routine when I encounter a Pokemon in the safari zone. It may not work for you but it works ok for me.
1. Throw pokeball (If it doesn't catch move to step 2)
2. Throw rock
3. Throw pokeball (If it doesn't catch move to step 4)
4. Throw pokeball (If it doesn't catch move to step 5)
5. Throw Rock
6. Repeats steps 1-5

Find cansy and toros in the area just below the secret house and kigeskan in the area east of the entrance and pinser in the very first area (the entrance)

Because these are very rare and very hard to catch it is just a matter of luck. You need to find a balance between rocking them and baiting them and throwing pokeballs.
