I need to wake snorelax up

Okay,i think I'm stupid for asking this,because people tell me that it's so easy to get it,bet never tell me how,where do you get the flute to wake up snorelax?i need to get to safari zone and get surf.ANSWER QUICK

So you go to Lavender Town and go into the big building, but you need the Silph Scope first. Then go up to the very last floor, you will know your there when the Marowak ghost attacks you right by the stairs. You KO the ghost then go up the stairs and deffeat Team Rocket Fuji will be at the very back of the floor. He will take you to his house and give you the pokeflute.

Get the siph scope and go to Pokemon tower and beat every one and mr fuiji gives it to you

You get the pokeflute after resucing mr.fuji from the top level of the Pokemon tower.

What you do is go to Lavender Town, you'll see a big building, go to it and rescue Mr.Fuji, and he'll give the poke flute to you. Be sure that you get the Sliph Scope first. As far as surf, I need it to.
