1.squirtle-at the start I chose charmander.
 2.bulbasaur-at the start I chose charmander.
 3.zapdos-in the cavern I beet him trying to catch him and can't find him now.
 4.moltres-in the cavern I beet him trying to catch him and can't find him now.
 5.lugia-cant remember if I beet him in cave or didnt find him likly fought.
 6.mew2-in the cavern I beet him trying to catch him and can't find him now.
 7.mankey-cant find.
 7growlithe-cant find.
 8.poliwag-cant find
 9.hitmonlee-i picked hitmonchan
 10.eevee-already got the gift 1.

ANSWERS

To get Squirtle or Bulbasaur now you have to trade.
No chance of getting Zapdos or Moltres now since you only get one shot at it.
Lugia wasn't "known" in these early games.
Likewise with Mewtwo...You only get one shot
Mankey...Try the wild areas around Viridian or perhaps the ones in Vermillion or rather East of Vermillion
Growlithe can be found in the "Old Burnt Out Building" on Cinnabar Island
Poliwag has to be "fished" for.
Hitmonlee can be retrieved via trading.
Eevee...You only get one unless you trade

For the legendary Pokemon you can only find them once and if you already fought them and killed them then you can't find them again

Legendary Pokemons dosent appear in earlier versions of the game, like red, blue, and yellow. Hitmonlee- You´ll have to trade if you choose either mankey or hitmonchan.

Actually, you can get all 4 pokemons(Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, Mew two) all at a go. You´ll need to do the missingno cheat in order to get infinite master ball.

The rest I don't have to post, as it is all there.

You have to trade to get the other starters and the 3 birds you can't face agian you can't get Lugia in taht game you can't face mewtwo agin you can't get mankey in Pokemon bule only in red and yellow fish for poliwag wih the good rod grolith can't be found in blue only red and yellow trade for hitmonlee trade for evee

I do know that you can get Hitmonlee by defeating the master in the Kung Fu Dojo.
