So where's Mewtwo??

I beat the Pokemon league and havn't found Mewtwo. I've looked through places where he might be (the burnt down lab in cinnabar), but he still wasn't there. To me, this question is pathetic, I know I should find him on my own, but I'm stuck again...

Hes in a cave above cerulean city around lv70 I think and the other Pokemon in the cave range between lv30 and lv68 I've found. Its a bit of a maze but hang in there and you'll find him, you need to have a Pokemon with surf and possibly strength to get there

He is in the cave by Cerulean City known as "UNKNOWN CAVE" on any map.
He is level 70 and is found at the "end" of the cave due to it being a massive maze and what not.
I would suggest to have Pokemon with Surf, Strength, Dig and Hypnosis.
So that's up to 4 Pokemon with those moves.
Surf namely because you have to do a whole bunch of that in the cave.
I can't remember though if you need Strength, but it can't hurt to have it.
Dig so that you can get out of the cave in emergencies and of course once you have caught Mewtwo. Hypnosis so that you can just put Mewtwo to sleep for easy catching.
On the note of catching him, it is recommended that if you haven't duplicated that Master Ball with the Duplicate cheat then use Pokeballs.

Ah, do not beat yourself up over Mewtwo. It would be pointless for you to do that wouldn't it? As for your problem with finding the legendary Pokemon, Mewtwo, I can help you. You can Mewtwo waiting for you in the secret cave near Cerulean City. You might have seen the cave before, but there was someone blocking the entrance. Now that you have beaten the Elite Four, he will not be in your way any longer. Somewhere in that cave will be Mewtwo, but you need to be careful. In that cave you will find several rare, and strong Pokemon, all above level Fifty. You can find Pokemon like Hypno, Rhydon, and other rare Pokemon. Mewtwo will be on level Seventy. Hope this helps.

To catch mewtwo just first beat the elite fours and go to the cave near cerulean city and make your way through there and you can find mewtwo..

He is in the secret cave above cerulean city,when you reach him he will be lvl 70

He is in the cave in cerulien city he is at level 70 and it is yor ony shot so save in front of him it is a maze cave but eventully yoll find him

He is at the end of cerculan cave. You can only get to him after beatin gthe elite four.

If you beat the elite 4, then you fly to cerulian, cross nugget bridge, go all the way to the top, if you have a Pokemon that knows surf, surf to the cave, enter it and you should find mewtwo.
