What kind of answer is that wolf?

You can Fly in a house west of Celadon City, on the road where the snorlax is. Move the snorlax using the pokeflute, which you can find by helping mr.Fuji in Lavender town. Once you get the flute, move the snorlax, cut the tree that should be near and head left till you come to a small house. In the house will be a girl, talk to her to get HM2, which contains fly.
