Talking to either Phyllis or Pelly at this location will provide you information about your Environment, Donations, Moving, or Town Tunes.

The Environment

Pelly and Phyllis will update you of the current rating of your environment which is integral in acquiring the "perfect town". Ratings are given through comments which are rather silly and amusing like "...more than milk, but not quite a milkshake".

Donations

You can also opt to make a donation. This will be available when your gates are open. Simply choose to make one, choose the desired amount and it will be sent to the poor town of Boondox. Donating quite a large sum will make you acquire some rare feather goodies.

Town Tunes

Another given option is for you to change your town tune. You can use your composing talents here to compose your own tune. La-Di-Day is of note here as it is the special holiday when various tunes will be sent for competition by villagers and you will serve as the judge for the musical contest. Even after the judging is over, you can head to The Town Hall the following day to change the decision.

Moving

This is the option for moving your character to another town, so long as you have at least one roommate left in your own town to manage it.
