Celeste will help you create constellation designs here. Basically you just have to connect the dots then watch your handiwork up above the sky. It is located at the second floor of The Museum and this is where you can view your constellations and other people's designs as well. Additionally, you can erase unwanted constellation if you want to.
Furthermore, Celeste will inform you of the best times when you can view your constellations. Once visitors are in your town, only one player can visit this place at a given time, plus tduring this moment you will not be allowed to create or remove your constellation designs.
