Unable to Register New Friends

The Nintendo 3DS Friend List is a feature that is available only for the 3DS. It may have a similar system to some Nintendo DS and Nintendo DSi titles but they should not be mixed up. Only Nintendo 3DS friend codes can be added to the Nintendo 3DS Friend List software.What to Do
- Check if the wireless communications is turned on. It is the slider on the right side of the system. The small LED light should be on.
- See if the Parental Controls restrict Registering Friends
- See if you have already registered that friend. The system only registers the same friend code once.
- The system can only register 100 friends. Make sure that your friend list is not already full
- If the steps above does not work, you may need to have your system repaired. You may refer to the Nintendo Official Webstie on how to have your system repaired
