The Psi Lab is already discussed here. Check it out to know more about this facility and the class (which is the best class in the game) that it trains. The Psi Lab should be built as early as possible because training Psi Operatives takes a lot of time and resources. It is the best class in the game that allows you to get over the hump and steamroll on the alien race effortlessly.
