Wat is the best weapon to use on the diablo dragon and what is it's element weakness I keep running out of time please help

Just so you know, you do not need to kill the Diablos to get the urgent, but if you are bent on killing it, then so be it. I would use a weapon with decent green sharpness as the diablos has a very hard shell, and I am pretty sure it's elemental weakness is water, though don't hold me to it.
