what do i use?
Hello to who ever reads this I need help I don't know what wepon to use on uragaan I can't seem to hit him anywhere but part of the tail and bottom legs so I can't seem to beat him

You only NEED to hit him there to kill him. Water element weapons works best obviously, but any of them work.

A good question. I had some difficulty beating him but if you really want a specific weapon I defeated him(it what ever) with a switch axe. I don't remember witch one but I think it had a water elemental but I had to sell it(don't ask)so i am not sure

I found that using the lance's dash move while your lance has green sharpness will let you attack it without your weapon bouncing off. And yes, using a water element weapon will help you out a lot. This method requires using a lot of whetstones, though.
