Monster guts quest
How do you complete the quest where you have to get three monster guts, when the main monster who you have to fight at the end of the game, is always there stopping you?

You just kill the Epioth, then carve to get them... Eventually the Lagiacrus will move. He goes from area 10 to 11 every 3-5 minutes. All you have to do is move to the other area when he's in one, hide while he's in your area, or just run... They all work. And the Lagiacrus SHOULDN'T 1 hit you..... But if he does, well, you have 3 deaths till quest fail.

I find that you do best in quests if you just go all out. so just go out there lagicurus or not and carve like mad.

you first get the 3 you can then if lagicurus come into your area get away from that area as fast as you can if lagicurus is in area 10 go to the area you can jump down to area 11 and carve up the rest of what you need then swim back into 10 and swim as fast as posible that how i did it

the lagicarius or whatever two shotted me the first time XD, after that i decided that the npc was right when she said that i couldnt fight it XD

My plan was to get to are 10 kill the epioth, if you're lucky then youll get two guts then go to area 11, watch the video swim franticly to the ivy which is the way to area 8. If he spots perfect, just swim to the ivy and climb up he can't attack you... Unless he roars and you fall off... But the wait till the eye icon dissapears that means he hasnt seeen u. Now he can eighter have gone to area 10 or gone to sleep(curled up near the entrance of area 12) just swim way around the lagi kill the epioth get the guts then you go fight itfor an easy way back to camp
