Refer to the descriptions below as they are labeled and numbered in the image above

1. Bowls of Power and Conversion Button: Opens up a sub menu detailing your 3 bowls of power, the option to channel them through the next bowl by sacrificing them permanently in the game, and quick conversions of resources like: workers to coins, priests to workers, and power to priests, workers, or coin.

2. Town Tiles Button: Opens up a sub menu displaying all of the town tiles available in the game. Every tile in this menu details the rewards you get, upon picking the tile as reward when you unlock a town (by earning a total of 7 points from building structures adjacently). Usually you get a combination of victory points (adds up on your total score), a resource (workers, priests, coins, power tokens), advancement in cult track bonus, carpet fly, shipping upgrade, and of course a town key (requirement to reach the highest level in cult track). The menu also indicates which ones are already taken by other players (tiles that you may not be able to pick any longer) seen from the small (faction) circle attached to the town tile icon.

3. Current Score for Terrain / Cult Expansion: Displays a table showcasing your current score status in contrast to other participating players in the game. This table shows a breakdown of scores earned from your actions as well as the projected reward victory points from all your current accomplishments/standing in the game. On the left part is the of table showcases your position in the Cult track, and at the right is your current standing in contrast to total terrain expansion.

4. Current Round Bonus Card: Opens up a submenu displaying your currently active “Bonus Card” for the whole round, as well as your opponent’s. By looking through what are currently used/picked Bonus Cards in the round, you can plan for your future pick or expansion strategy in the following round/s.

5. Favor Tiles indicator: Opens up a sub menu displaying all of the Favor tiles available in the game. Every tile in this menu details the bonuses you get, upon picking the tile as reward whenever you build a temple (upgrading a trading house to a temple). And though there are usually three copies of every favor tile (except for the cult track advancement favor tiles), you won’t be allowed to pick a favor tile that you already have. There are 12 different types of Favor tiles. 4 of the Favor tiles, immediately and only once, increase your influence in a given Cult by 3. There is one each of any such tile. 8 of the Favor tiles immediately unlock a special ability. Additionally, immediately and only once, they increase your influence in a given Cult by 1 or 2. There are three each of any such tile. Check Favor Tiles Page for more details.

6. Cult Track Button: Opens up a sub menu displaying the Cult Track, and the current positions of all of the players’ tokens.

7. Power Token Conversion/Action Button: Opens up a sub menu displaying several “Actions” you can do by using your currently available Power Tokens. Note that in each round, there are six Power Actions available to all players, but once they are taken, they may not be taken again for the remainder of the current round. Actions/Conversions are as such: 3 Power tokens to build a bridge, 3 Power tokens for 1 Priest, 4 Power tokens for 2 Workers, 4 Power tokens for 7 Coins, 4 Power tokens for 1 Spade, 6 Power tokens for 2 Spades.

8. Current Scoring Tile: There are 6 randomly picked Scoring Tiles in every given game. They are arranged in sequence and are displayed in this sub menu. The active scoring tile is highlighted while the other ones are grayed out. This menu contains much information of the following rounds, so every player’s “build” strategy really falls under this section of the game from where you could plan how to earn higher victory points in the concluding rounds of the game. Each Scoring tile on the Game board represents one round. Their left side indicates how to get additional Victory points during the Action phase. Their right side displays the Cult bonuses awarded at the end of that round. These bonuses depend on your progress on the Cult tracks (and may be awarded multiple times for the same track). You do not need to spend the progress to get the bonus. Check Scoring Tiles Page for a more detailed description of each scoring tile in the game.

9. Terraform Shortcut: Opens up a shortcut tab on the left part of your screen from where you can easily pick a terrain of your choice when terraforming.

10. Main Game Board: The main game-board from where you generally place your dwellings and upgrade them, and strategize your expansion. It is comprised of a fixed layout of terrains, strategically distributing each of the faction’s home terrain across the board for equality and fair play. There are also a number of pre-defined locations for bridges from where you could build them as well as shipping routes.

11. Markers for Bridges: Each Player can build a maximum of 3 bridges in the game that can primarily earn you direct Adjacency (and access) towards terrains (supposedly) separated by the river. The 3 green circles indicates the total available bridges in the game; and are grayed out once they are already at play. Note: Due to some important rules of the game (especially the one that influences the power level of connected structures), it is important to distinguish between direct and indirect adjacency of Terrain spaces. Direct adjacency Terrain spaces and Structures are considered directly adjacent to one another if they share a hexagon edge. Additionally, Terrain spaces and Structures separated by a River but connected via a Bridge are also considered directly adjacent to one another. Rest assured though that the mobile version of the game automatically computes for these values so you won’t have to worry when you are entitled of additional power tokens for leech (direct adjacency to opponent’s structures), or when you reach a total power level of 7 for structures when Founding a Town.

12. Participating Players: Located at the bottom part of the screen are the icons of all participating factions in the current game. By clicking the factions’ icon, you’ll be able to open up their faction’s menu, and from there, information about them like their special abilities, and bonuses upon building their stronghold (just like the individual factions board when playing the real Board Game). Clicking on the faction icon will close this menu.

13. Current Victory Points: Located at the left side of the Factions’ icons, this indicated each of the factions’ current score in the game (does not include lead points for terrain and cult expansion).

14. Current Shipping and Spade Value: Shipping Value dictates your capacity to perform terraforming in in-adjacent terrains by the river. The higher its value, the farther your expansion can reach. Spade Value on the other hand dictates your Worker to Spade Exchange track. The higher level you reach in this spade track, the cheaper it is to convert a number of workers to spade. Usually starting at the exchange rate of 3 workers to 1 spade, followed by 2 workers to 1 spade upon upgrade, and then 1 is to 1 upon further upgrade (Darklings needs Priests instead of workers).

15. Current / Projected Income: Located below each of the Faction’s icon, are figures of your current resources. The first row, indicated by the purple colored numbers, are your Power Tokens as they are available in the 3 bowls of power (indicated by I, II, III). There are also indicators for your current coins, current workers, and current priests. The upper value is your current resource, and the one below it is the projected income for that resource. At the bottom right are the current levels of your tokens in the cult track.

16. Active Goals and Power Tokens Conversion Shortcut: A small tab is also available on the right most part of the screen upon clicking on its partially hidden icon. On the top most part of the tab represents the current scoring tile (through icons). A more detailed info about this is available by clicking the Scoring Tile icon (indicated as number 8 on the image). Below are the available conversions/actions using your power tokens (on your third bowl of power). The lighter colored icons are the available actions/conversions, while the grayed out ones are unavailable to you.
