Collect 3 additional Workers when Founding a Town.
Stronghold
After building the Stronghold, take an Action token. As a Special action (once per Action phase), you may upgrade a Dwelling to a Trading house. Neither pay Coins, nor Workers for this Trading house. Use the Action token to keep track of using this Special action.
Story
From all the factions, Swarmlings are the most sociable one. They simply cannot bear loneliness. They always wander about in large groups, being in water most of the time, yet they get along on land just as well. And when a Swarmling needs a work done, he may be assured of the help from friends and relatives who will give strong support. This way they even get the toughest work done.
Common Strategy: Aim for 3 Dwellings plus a Trading Post in the first round or alternatively a Stronghold with at least one temple instead. Try to put up a dwelling and upgrade to a trading post every round. Try to retain at least 1 dwelling and 2 trading posts in every round of the game to maximize the variety of resources in the game -- while at the same time earning extra bonuses from relevant Bonus Cards and Favor Tiles (from dwellings/trading posts). An additional Priest can be a good alternative bonus card for the first round, since sacrificing it can instantly propel you to level 4 on any Cult track.

Green tile + Combo Green/Red tile = preferred starting dwelling positions
