Remanant: From the Ashes is a third-person survival-action game that is set in a post-apocalyptic world that has been thrown into chaos by an ancient evil from another dimension. As one of the last remnants of humanity struggling to suvive the invasion you must use your technology to open portals to other realms and alternate realities to uncover the mystery of where the evil came from as you try to retake what was lost. This will involve exploring worlds that are filled with deadly enemies using an aresenal of weapons, armour, and special modifications that you can use to adapt to any situation. Buying Starter Gear

You will be able to buy gear such as weapons, armour and perks from the appropriate vendor once you have selected your class and have played the game for a short period of time.

Shoot Wooden Objects

Make sure you shoot anything that is made of wood as doing so drops scraps and materials that can be used for the base and the overworld as you progress through the game. If you are low on ammunition you can use your melee attack to collect these resources.

Multiplayer Ammo

When you play Remanent: From the Ashes on multiplayer you need to remember that the ammunition you find is not shared between different players so ensure they have ammunition before you pick it.

Friendly Fire

If you are playing multiplayer it is imperative that you work to support each other in every fight and be conscious of where other players are so you do not get taken out by friendly fire which can be a major issue in some of the boss fights in the game.

Dying

Death is inevitable in Remanent: From the Ashes and is only a minor setback as you will be able to initiate to the strange World Stones and World Shards that can be found throughout the game death is not permanent, if you are killed you will respawn at the last World Stone or Shard checkpoint you interacted with and be able to initiate a resurrection. When you respawn you will have replenished Dragon Hearts and a full stock of ammunition.
