What are the best Tank characters in Lucid Adventure? In this game, there are several characters which excel in Tanking with Different Weapon Types. Their focus is to be in front of the enemy line and take most of the damage while the DPS and Support characters assist them.

We have included characters from rank A+, A, and B due to the game's gacha pull rates. Characters on C and below don't make it due to their poor stats. Take note that Tier Lists are subjective and they are only meant as guidelines for making your team. This list provides no particular order, but it lists what we think of the best characters of this category as of February 18, 2020.

Heriach

Rank A+: Heriach is a tank that focuses on damage and inflicting stuns. His Lion’s Roar skill lets him deal damage and it has a high chance of inflicting stun. His other skill is Hero’s Fist, this deals more damage and has a higher stun rate than his basic skill. Once you increase his grade, he can gain increased damage reduction, increased stun rate, and even increase the damage and healing rates of his team of the same element type. Finally, he can also increase skill damage resistance, and debuff resistance of party members of the same element type which can be useful at prolonging your defenses.

Drip Soup

Rank A+: Drip Soup is a tank that can boost his survivability with his skills. His Iron Nerves basic skill lets him increase his damage reduction and knockback evasion. His other skill is God’s Slash which deals damage to all enemies within his range, plus he gets a shield for himself which makes him tankier. Once you increase his grade, he can grant a damage rate and heal rate bonus for the party, he can also provide more shield for himself.

Sora

Rank A+: Sora is a tank character that’s capable of healing herself. Her skill, Double Edge, lets her deal damage plus extra based on 1% of her HP. She also has Ego Sword – Chew Up which deals damage to all enemies within her range, this also lets her heal herself and gain increased damage reduction. Once her grade has been increased, she can get more heals, as well as getting skill damage resistance and healing bonuses when healed by an ally of the same element type.

Schub

Rank A+: Schub is a tank character that can inflict statuses and gain shields. His basic skill is Lion’s Roar which deals damage to his enemies with a chance to stun. His other skill is Punishment of God Combat which lets him deal damage, gain shield, and provide extra damage vs boss type opponents. Increasing his grade lets him restore HP when using special skills, he’ll also gain knockback abilities versus enemies wearing plate equipment. Finally, he can deal extra damage to bleeding enemies using his special skill.

Dacon

Rank A+: Dacon is a tank character that can inflict statuses and reduce enemy healing. Her skill, Bash, let’s her deal damage to enemies while having a chance to stun. Her other skill is Wrath of God of Combat which lets her deal damage and decrease their heal recovery rate, this deals extra damage versus boss type enemies. Increasing her grade lets her knockback enemies wearing plate equipment, she can also gain extra damage to enemies who are burning.

Rim

Rank A: Rim is a tank hero focusing on damaging enemies as well as increasing his resistances. His Iron Nerves skill lets him increase damage reduction and knockback evasion. His other skill is Powerful Bash which lets him deal damage to all of his enemies within range, and this increases his own damage rate. Once his grade is increases, he can strengthen his damage reduction further as well as his team. When using special skills, he can now have a chance of stun infliction as well for crowd control.

Wolf

Rank A: Wolf is a tank hero focusing on survivability. Her Warcry skill lets her increase her damage reduction for a short period for survival. Her other skill is Werewolf Slash which lets her deal damage, and gain shield for herself which makes her more tanky. Increasing her grade improves her damage reduction capabilities, and she gets more shield. She’s a well-rounded tank character thanks to these defensive capabilities.

Vampire

Rank A: Vampire is an offensive tank that can heal himself. His basic skill is Frenzy and this lets him deal damage and increase his attack speed. His special skill is Blood Road which attacks enemies within his range and lets him heal himself as well. Increasing his grade lets him increase his evasion by chance when he’s hit, and this can stack which makes him harder to hit. He’ll also gain increased recovery for his self-healing.

Kokori

Rank B: Kokori is an offensive tank that can inflict statuses. Her basic skill is Frenzy which lets her deal damage and gain increased attack speed while her other skill is Ground Slam which deals damage to enemies within her range and has a stun chance. Increasing her grade improves her damage reduction and HP stats and she’ll get an increased stun rate. She’s well rounded enough when starting with the game.

Glutton Sora

Rank B: Glutton Sora is one of your starting characters and she’s an offensive tank that has a bit of crowd control. Her basic skill is Frenzy which lets her deal damage and gain increased attack speed while her other skill is Sweep which deals damage to enemies within range and has a chance of knocking them back. Increasing her grade provides higher hp, and resistance for herself and she can also gain increased damage when using special skills. She’s fine to start with until you get A or A+ characters later on.
