Last Updated:

In LifeAfter you begin with a Mondragon Rifle which although is a good-long range weapon it is not much use due to its lack of attack power and fire power in confrontations where you are surrounded by several zombies. In these situations you ideally want an SMG to get you out of trouble. In the early stages of the game it is possible to get a UZI SMG which has an attack power of 35.0 compared to the 27.0 of the Mondragon Rifle, it also has a superior fire rate.

Once you have upgraded the manor to level 3 you will unlock the UZI formula. To actually use the weapon you will need a combat mastery level of at least 10.

What is the formula?

You will need to gather the follow ingredients:

• 10 - Iron Casting

• 10 - Hexagon Nail

• 20 - Claw

Where do you get Iron Casting

Where do you get Iron Casting?

To be able to craft Iron Casting you will need to gather the following secondary resources; Iron Ore, Tin Ore, and Wood Core. Iron Ore can be farmed in Autumn Forest whilst Tin Ore and Wood Ore can be farmed in the Sandcastle.

Iron Ore:

Break the rocks in Autumn Forest.

Tin Ore:

Break the rocks in Sandcastle.

Wood Core:

Chop the trees in Sandcastle.

As these items are secondary resources and the drop rate is low it is advised when gathering them that you use the power-hit feature so that you can strike heavily.

Where do you get Hexagon Nail?

To be able to craft Hexagon Nail you will need Hardwood Vine, Pig Iron, and Bones.

Hardwood Vines:

Chop trees in Autumn Forest when it is raining.

Pig Iron:

You need Iron Ore and Twig.

Bones:

Hunt zombies or animals in the Autumn Forest.

How do you get Claw?

Kill zombies and animals in Sandcastle or Charles Town to get Claw. This can be dangerous though as you the zombies and animals you will encounter will be level 13 or higher, you may want to consider teaming up with a friend or camp member.

How do you get UZI SMG Skins?

In LifeAfter the skins you can get for the UZI SMG are not just for decoration. Different skins will provide extra bonuses to your survivor. There are currently three skins available for the UZI SMG; Snow Elite, Rainy Day Vanguard, and Collector's Editioin. You can get these skins from the Formula Research facility by fusing shards (Intermediate formula; Fusion II). Note: These skins are random drops.

Snow Elite

• Increases attack power by 2

• Increases movement speed by 5%, damage to infected zombies increased by 12% in snowfields

Rainy Day Vanguard

• Damage increased by 6% on rainy days

• Increases attack power by 2

Collector’s Edition

• Increases attack power by 3

• Increases movement speed by 20% when firing

• Increases ammo capacity
