This area introduces something new to the mix. You will see yellow lines across some paths. This yellow line will be the attack range of the large snake that has been following you. Step once on a path with a yellow line and it will coil-up, getting ready to attack. The next movement you make will cause it to attack. The next move will make it move back to its original position. You cannot kill the snake yet. So begin by stepping on the yellow line once to get ready, go down the wall, then go left once to let it go. Now run to the yellow lever and pull it. It will give you access to the other side. Now head towards the snake and go down the yellow platform's wall. Run towards the gray lever. Before turning the corner, grab the ruby that is under the platform you are currently on, near the gray lever.

Now go and pull the gray lever bringing up the gray platform. Lure the snake into attacking so its head is extended. The saw blade should hit him and cause him to leave. The snake will then leave its hole and creating the path to the next area.

Head to the gray lever and pull it. Causing to move the gray platform out of the way and the snake near you will be vulnerable. Kill it and it will also cause the snake to strike. go back and pull the lever again to bring the platform and snakes back. This time, use the giant snake to kill the snake on the left of the gray platform. Ignore the remaining snake. Head over to the orange lever by passing through all the cracks in the corner and going along the wall. Pull the orange lever and go up the higher wall. Deliberately crack the wall to fall down. You will fall on another crack. Go down the wall to avoid the snake. Now make your way over to the yellow lever. Do not pull it yet. Once again, lure the snake into attacking and pull the yellow lever when it is extended. A yellow block will push down on the snake, further hurting it. With the yellow block that was pushed down out of the way, you can now get the ruby from the pot behind the yellow push blocks normal position.

Head to the next area.

Before moving, get the Blood Salamander from the pot just above you. It is hidden under the top platform level.

Climb the wall and then climb onto the other side down twice to avoid the snake strike. Climb up the higher platform and the lizard will spot you. Run around the right side and eventually get below the pillar. Pull it once down to block the lizard from following you further. Kill the lizard and move the pillar towards the right-most part of the top section. Drop it down so it fills the gap and gives you a path across. go down the wall by falling from the cracked wall. Then drop down again to the side to avoid the snake strike. Go across when the coast is clear and climb onto the right side's higher path with the push block walls. Drag the pillar towards the orange push block. Go down twice to make the snake attack twice and avoid it altogether. Now head over to the orange lever and pull it while the snake is extended. The pillar will drop on it and hurt it more. Head to the next area.
