A Closing Door

A new mechanic is introduced here. The timed trigger. Probably to give a sense of urgency fit for the chapter's title. When you pull this switch, it triggers the corresponding colored objects like the orange door here for example, shut down slowly. This first area is straightforward due to it being an introductory area for the new mechanic. Before going though, a pot can be seen to the 2 o clock of the screen hidden behind some orange fungi. This contains a Necklace of Dreams fragment. Pull the switch and head for the door.

Climb down to the lower area and show yourself to the lizard. go back and turn towards the switch. Pull it back and go over to the pillar and push it onto the gray platform. Kill the lizard and head up. The switch's timer will run out and lift the gray platform. Go over the fire pit and grab a torch. You can kill the snake or just run past it. Dangle down the wall to crack it then pull the switch. Drop down and fall to the lower level. Head to the next area.

Move towards the main area and take a left to get beside the switch. Before heading over to the node with the switch, grab the Topaz again under the whole platform. It can be faintly seen just beside the root of one lone orange fungus.

Head back towards the fungus then onto the switch. Pull it and the door will open. The directions are of when you are facing the door and begins after pulling the switch. go Up, Right, Left, Up, then right. Go to the next area.

Before moving, get the topaz from the pot sitting beside the orange arrow wall on the right.

Pull the switch and grab a torch. Continue along and kill the upper snake normally. Climb up and on the tile with the switch, throw the spear at the spider. Pull the switch and continue.
