There are no official cheats for knights and dragons. to succeed at the game, you are required to put a lot of time and effort into it. Bear in mind, however, that if you are willing to spend your own money at the game, it will effectively give you a boost similar to that of regular cheats. For example, using gems to 'continue' if you have been defeated during a single player stage allows you to carry on regardless. You can avoid the laborious wait for your knights to return to full health.
Players who use gems will be able to advance far quicker than those who don't. Other than that, there are no cheats, so be wary of anyone offering hacks in exchange for money or even your username and password, as these people are likely trying to jeopardize your security.
