The video above shows the title screen and the usual time it takes to load the game and each of the levels on the android version of the game (mind you, this game was played from a Galaxy S8 unit). Despite the processing power of the mobile phone, it seems that it still takes quite a bit of time to load the game (as well as every single mission). We have yet to try if the iOS version of the game will perform significantly faster. (Note: We weren't able to record the first time loading the game that is why the skit/story didn't show up in this video. We also wiped our first progress in the game, only to find out that the earned heroes and credits remained -- to probably protect the interests of those that opted to purchase via IAPs).

Above is an example of how the missions are played out in the game. There are helpful info icons on the right part of the screen whenever you encounter something new in the game including new structures, new units, new enemies, etc. For the most part of the Tutorials, you are basically taught how to move around your units to perform their raids or take-over missions. Apart from this, you are also informed about the scope and limits of acquiring (more) units, and their corresponding costs.

During the first level too, you get to earn your very first hero. It just so happened that we have wiped our first game that is why the icon was already there from the start of the mission. Though when you play your game the first time, the part where the hero icon sits (bottom left part of the screen) will be vacant until you've earned him. Whenever you complete a mission, you also earn corresponding credits (premium resource in the game), and sometimes accompanied by Tech (resource used to upgrade the passive skills of your units) as well.

We also fiddled around the hero upgrades (whenever a hero levels up, he/she earns 3 points of upgrade) and tried to play the first Spec Ops mission in the game. In the first world (SAGAN-1), you'll be playing with 8 stages, and 6 Spec Ops missions. Spec Ops are revealed whenever you complete a certain number of missions (or a difficulty level). They are unique stages where you are prompted with varied handicaps and are played out quite differently from the usual missions. On the shown example, you'll have to survive the 3 enemy waves, tower-defense style, with nothing but your hero, and a limited number of turrets that can be summoned at a time. In this mission, you are tasked to prevent the enemies from breaching the portal at the middle of the map. Around 6:45 in the video, we fiddled a bit more on the main hub area to check some of the icons to find there and where they lead to.
