Can I still by the villa if I don't finish the salsa quest on time? The quest ended.
I lost the salsa quest. Can I still buy the villa?

The prize for the Salsa Quest is a Villa - you should unlock the Villa you can pay for in the Housing menu when you complete the Mission.
We did not complete the Mission during the timer but we still have the Villa added as a house selection. The cost for building it is a big chuck of SP tho, so it would have been nice to have had a free one!
