Question for The Sims FreePlay

I have a goal I can't get past. It says have four sims employed as athletes. So I built a stadium. Then I waited the two days. When I press the button to finish it, it doesn't do anything. Please help.

In the right tab -check out Careers and educations. If your Sims are "unemployed" click on that and select Athlete as Career option
