Question for The Sims FreePlay
I am on level 17, have 10 sims. I only have 3 LP's and have only 2 since last night. It also doesn't appear that my XP bar has moved much even though sims have been active doing things and earning them. How can one get more LP's. It is taking forever and getting frustrating. I'm ready to quit as every goal costs alot of money and I never have enough! I have only 20,874 and have 8 sims planting potatoes 2x a day.

I have had the same problem-level 17, 19lp, 17% XP. Doesn't matter what I do and how much xp I collect, it doesn't move. Says I need to add a baby to my crib but won't let me delete another sim in order to do it, also says I need to level up to 18 before I can add another sim. Lets hope someone comes up with the answer!

Only thing I'll point out is that potatos are two-hour crops. The most effective use of your Sims' time is to pick Activities that best fill your downtime (which can mean constant bell peppers if you want to keep watching them constantly), and get back when they're done. XP costs to level increase as you get up in levels.
If the game starts to bug you, beans/onions/pumpkins are healthy options. Plant them. They're not the best XP/cash if you're sitting there watching the game, but they force you to put it down and go do something else for a while. Then you can come back hours later and see noticeable bumps to your numbers.

I am also on level 17 and am having troubles with getting LP, but there are a few ways I have noticed. Firstly when you go into the little tab Bar to go to all your tasks you need to finish, there's a little box in the top left corner click on that and press play, you can then watch all these adds to earn XP LP and money. Secondly if you get a dog NOT a puppy, if you consistently follow it around it around it could dig up some LP other times just money, the more expensive the dog the better they will dig up. Thirdly if you get a cheap, and when I say " cheap" I mean 20'000 and down building like the Art Gallery once it's finished being built you click on it and it should come up with this thing saying your town is now worth, whatever your town is worth and it gives you 2LP . Lastly the boat where you can get you're presents/awards everyday can give you some LP if your lucky,you start off with 2 awards then as you level up it gradually get bigger

I'm not sure about the XP but if you have a Car and tap 'go for drive' and follow the car around it gives you money ( it is a little music note that you tap to get money) and every now and then, if you're lucky it gives LP. Sorry if this didn't help at all, you should get a lot of Xp when the car drive is up too.
