To be honest I've been trying to figure it out. But then I just sent them to work and it let me do that. There was no stopping, I mad the little kid sleep but I got all of its needs done and then I mad it do something. After that you are allowed to send the sims to work. No problem!Guest answered:
I don't think there is a way, I have been trying to figure it out, & you just have to have a non-busy sim stay home.

Yes you can by clicking on your phone then you click on services and you will see couple options which you can choose baby sitter. You pay them $75 a day

I can't find the nanny to start the Nanny Knows Best Quest. She's not in any of my sim's Houses or sitting on a Park bench and the option to start the quest no longer shows up when I first load the game

That's because you need to complete other quests to get to the nanny knows best quest. You just have to keep completing quests that you have on your quest list until the nanny shows up in the park (which will be when your close to getting onto the nanny knows best quest.Search for more answers for The Sims FreePlay or ask your own question here.
