I'm Free – Free Falling
Once in control, take out the initial wave of guards using melee attacks. Proceed and take out the armed guard to get his gun. Continue to the next door.

Continue killing the guards in the cargo bay and push forward until you reach the hatch. You'll enter a free fall sequence afterward.
During this sequence, you'll have to kill the guards in mid-air. Just flip over as necessary to get a clean shot at them. When you need to catch Shaundi, use your gun to fire at the crates and blow some cars up to clear your path. You'll have a short breather after catching her. After the scene, you'll be in another freefall sequence so do the same thing until you catch Shaundi. Mission complete.
Shaundi will also become your homie.
Free falling!
I'm having the same problem and there are no enemies to shoot at.
My game won't let me fly down to catch shaundi the first time. What do I do to move?
you should note that in co-op the second player if he or she hosts to play the game will be restarted to this mission and if in the first playthrough either of the players upgraded the tek10s smgs to shoot fire bullets they will be unable to shoot through the windshield of the plane coming at you and will instantly die. no workaround unless on PC
