This mission will automatically start after saving Shaundi in the mission “Three Way”. First you have to disable the first forcefield by hacking the nearby terminal. Pierce will be down. Attempt to revive him only to die in your hands.

Fight your way to the next forcefield and do the same thing. This time, Shaundi falls. Finally reach the third forcefield and do the same thing. The last of your homie falls.

Next, head to Killbane's lair and plant the explosive charges. Press forward to the lair to face KB.
When facing Killbane, lure him to the lava crystals and shoot them when he's near to damage him. When enough damage is done, you should be able to perform a move to deal more damage to him. Keep repeating the process until you finally deal the finishing blow.
