Head to the marked location to start the mission. You'll be facing STAG commandos next. Continue inside and kill all the commandos. You can also pick up the Viper Laser Rifle if you want to add it to your arsenal and upgrade it later on. Once cleared, head to the next marker and watch the scenes.

Once in the rooftops, you have to stand your ground and survive for a few minutes until the elevator starts working again. You shouldn't have any problems, unless you're short on character and weapon upgrades at this point of the game.

Getting the party started

Take the elevator down the fight your way to the exit. Hijack a vehicle and follow the GPS back to your HQ. Don't head to the basement parking lot; just stop in the marked spot to complete the mission.

Reward: $8000, Homie – Viola unlocked

There will be two missions available at this point. You can do them in whatever order you please.
