How do I find Suicune, eevee and to get it to evolve into Umbreon and ..

OK you can find Suicune wandering randomly around Kanto
Eevee you can get from the secret entrance to Celadon Mansion
(back entrance, go to the roof grab the pokeball on the desk)
You Evolve it into Umbreon by trading it to Ruby if it's after 6:00 pm i think and make it love you beyond words
and Eevee does not Evolve into Articuno (who gave you that idea?) , Articuno can be found in Seafoam Islands

Suicune is running around after you get the nationaldex.

To get Eevee enter the celadon mansion through the back & go to the top.

To get Umbreon get Eevee happy & Trade it to Ruby/Sapphire and Evolve it at night.
Articuno is found in Seafoam Islands.

You can only get Suicune when you beat the game and if your Starter Pokemon is Charmander you will have to encounter it randomly in the grass though the region of Kanto be carful it will use roar and scare you away from battle. Eevee will Evolve through friendship evolution at AM time into Umbreon to find out the time go to your room in your house and look at the clock if it is PM time then it will become a Espeon. To get Eevee to evolve you need to make sure it loves you to make it love you more until the point it evolves make sure you never keep it with a stat condition long like sleep, poison, burn, and paralysis if you do then it will feel a little less attached to you as a trainer. Another way to make it like you is to bring it to Gary's sister in Pallet Town for grooming and battle with it a lot also.

Suicune apears anywhere in the wild after you beat the Elite Four if you pick Charmander as a Starter Pokemon.
To get evee Evolve to an umbreon, you need an evee that likes you and then Trade it on R/S while it's at night, when it reaches the R/S while between 12 PM to 12AM, it will evolve into umbreon.
You can get Articuno in the Seafoam Islands, you need to go down from Fuchsia City and use Surf and go all the way down and you'll see it.

P.S. To get to Seafoam Island, you need the HM Surf, and while inside, you will then need the HM Strength to push boulders.

Suicune:you find it by randomly walking around Kanto if you started the game with Charmander.
Eevee:you find it in the secret entrance to the Pokemon Mansion in Cinibar Town. To Evolve it into Umbreon Trade it to Ruby. It cannot evolve into Articuno.
