How to Open Safes without Codes

There are many safes hidden in Villedor and if you find one that you do not have the code for, you can use the following method to open it. When you attempt to unlock a safe in Dying Light 2 Stay Human, the game will give you controller feedback as a hint that you are on the right track. The hint you receive will be in the form of a slight rumble from your controller when you pass one of the three digits. You won't know the correct order of the number, but it cuts down the possible combinations considerably. While turning the dial of the safe it is important to do so very slowly so you feel the faint vibration from the controller when you reach the correct number.

Another way in which to open the safes is to find the codes themselves, which are written somewhere. These tend to be left hiding somewhere like on the wall or in a collectible that is very close by. Keep in mind that Techland keeps some safes locked until you have actually found its related clue.
