Top 10 Things We Hope To See In Pokemon Sun & Moon

#3 - Fourth Generation Remakes

Now if you were one of the people that got excited when the news broke about Pokemon Sun & Moon being released later this year for the sole fact that it could mean a remake for the Fourth Generation games of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, you weren't and still aren't alone with this feeling. The Fourth Generation of Pokemon was icon to most fans across the world, and they made a lasting impression on most players that play them. Some may say they were even as spectacular as both the First and Third Generation Games, and we all they received their just dues with a remake of their own. So why not for the Fourth Generation as well?

If they do finally release remakes of Diamond and Pearl, it wouldn't really come as too much as a shock. If the concept of Mega Evolutions persist, then it is most likely that ALL Starter Pokemon will at one point receive a Mega Evolution. All the first and third generation Starts have already received one, and it makes sense this would ultimately continue. And what better time to give the Fourth Generation Staters of Infernape, Torterra, and Empoleon as Mega Evolution than in a revamp of their original games. Perhaps the creators can be make the remake(s) with Arceus as the face of the game, where Team Galactic captures the Legendary Trio to summons the Pokemon God? It would certainly be something different, and it would actually make up for the Azure Flute never being released back in those games.

Nothing would be better than both a new release with Sun & Moon and then a remake of Diamond & Pearl. Nothing.

#2 - Unique, Dual-Type Starter Pokemon

This easily could be number one on our list, and we're not kidding. Starter Pokemon are some of the most recognizable, iconic, popular Pokemon to ever be created, and they are vitally important to the perception of how great a generation of Pokemon was. Just think about the first and third generation of Pokemon - considered by most to be the top generations ever - they both had a stellar trio of Starter Pokemon with incredible Final Evolution Forms.

But now we want you to think about the Sceptile's and Blastoise's of the Pokemon World, and how much greater they would've been if they ACTUALLY had a second typing in their makeup. And now think about ALL the Fire / Fighting Type Starters of Blaziken and Infernape and Emboar, and how much you wished at the time for the Pokemon Company to stop adding the Fighting Typing like it was some unspoken rule about Fire Starters for the middle generations.

What Sun & Moon probably needs above all else are three greater Starter Pokemon and Evolutions that will knock the socks off of any player, both new and old. From not just design, to to a brand new, unique set of dual-type Starters. Give us a Fire / Fairy, a Water / Ghost, a Grass / Electric, or some type of Starter Pokemon that our eyes have never been blessed to see. Or finally make a neutral split among them with the Fire / Grass, the Water / Fire, and the Grass / Water, and let's find out which one is truly the best of the triangular bunch!

Make this game one that we will never forget, Creators of Pokemon Sun & Moon! Begins with the Starter Pokemon all the way the Legendary Pokemon, and don't stop until every last Mythical Pokemon is craved for!
