Ash's Greninja & Mega Evolutions Join Battle In Pokemon Sun & Moon

Along with the very exciting news that revealed the Second Stage Evolution for the Pokemon Sun & Moon Starters comes the even more thrilling details of Greninja's Ash Form and Mega Evolution making the cut for the games!

That's right! Mega Evolutions are back! We still don't have any details on which Pokemon will be getting one, but we do now know this exciting concept continues in the Alola Region!

We also now know that Greninja will be allowed to transform into the anime-exclusive form of Ash-Greninja, a form that improves Greninja's power and remarkably resembles none other than Ash Ketchum! It will also be receiving a new ability that allows it to switch to this form in-battle whenever it knocks out another Pokemon.
