Top 10 Things We Hope To See In Pokemon Sun & Moon

#7 - More Pokemon, Legends, and Mega Evolutions - And Plenty Of Them!

Another grave area of falling short that came in Pokemon X and Y also had to do with the Pokemon Generation and the lack thereof. Yes, the games and generation as a whole introduce about fifty new Mega and Primal Evolutions. But the Sixth Generation of Pokemon only included an underwhelming total of seventy-nine Pokemon! That was no doubt the smallest amount of Pokemon EVER released in one generation. Most generations introduce from anywhere between a hundred to a hundred and fifty brand new Pokemon Species, and the number that X and Y did came up severely short of that constant mark.
Hopefully in Sun & Moon, all of this changes. It shouldn't be too hard to think up an extra twenty or so Pokemon to the X and Y mark of seventy-nine, and the easiest area to do this in would be the Legendary Pokemon department. If you actually take a moment to think about the Legends of the Sixth generation, you will quickly realize that there was only three (yes, three) Legendary Pokemon release in the games, along with only three (you heard right) Event Exclusive Mythical Pokemon. The Mythical Pokemon mark of three is actually the norm with most Pokemon games recently. But just three in-game Legendary Pokemon? Oh no, that is well, well short of what has been Pokemon ever since, well, since forever. Even the first two generations had nearly double that mark in each.
More Pokemon, Legends, and Mega Evolutions, and plenty of them, is what could certainly put Sun & Moon over the top and make up for a less than desirable Sixth Generation. The Mega Evolutions might not be possible if they aren't continued, but the other two are certainly in the realm of actual possibility.
#6 - Better Graphics

Raise your hand if you think Pokemon and Nintendo as a whole could do a much better job with graphics. If you raised your hand, or at least thought about doing so, no one would blame you if you did. It's really hard to face this if you have been loyal to both Nintendo and Pokemon from day one, but it would take long to notice when compared with XBox and Playstation Consoles. There really is no contest, and it's pretty sad to see when we live in such an advanced world of technology.
Yes, Pokemon gave it go to jump from the world of two dimensional graphics to that of the real world third dimensional ones, and though they get an A for effort, they still came up far short to what their competitors are putting out. But if they make up for it in Sun & Moon, all of this would quickly be forgotten. And probably the easiest way to do this is by giving the games a more living animation style found in Super Smash Bros and Pokken Tournament. If you have played either of those games, you would know it's hard not to love the vivd and crisp imaging found in them. They have such a realistic feel and visual to them that just makes the gameplay far and beyond better than what any Pokemon Fan is probably use to by now. This would be a big step, but one definitely in the right, fresh direction of tomorrow's World of Pokemon.
Will this specifically happen? Probably not? Would it be incredible if it did? You better believe it. WIll Pokemon at least up their game in the graphic department for Sun & Moon? We're hoping for it.
