Top 10 Things We Hope To See In Pokemon Sun & Moon

#5 - Easier In-Game Training Methods

This selection goes out to all the competitive battles across the globe, as well as all the way down to the novice trainer just looking to Effort Value Train one mere Pokemon. If you have ever Effort Value trained a Pokemon, you know just how big of a hassle it is to not just do it, but do it correctly. Back when Effort Value Training was updated in the Third Generation all the way through to the Sixth Generation, a player literally had to battle hundreds of Pokemon while keeping a written tally of the Effort Values their Pokemon obtained after each battle. If you remember all the coordinating, all the headaches, and all the frustrations, you may just be thankful enough for Super Training that was introduced in the Sixth Generation.

Now Super Training was a great addition to the games, and it made Effort Value Training a whole heck of lot easier for most people, but it STILL didn't fix all the issue that come with the process. As you may already know, it is still as hard as before to get your Pokemon to exact, precise number of Effort Values when not giving it the maximum it can learn for that one particular stat.

What Pokemon Sun & Moon really need to introduce are more effective ways to not just Effort Valuing Train your Pokemon in less time, but also to keep track of the Effort Values of the Pokemon and let the player know the number of each of these stats. If they did this, perhaps more Pokemon Fans would actually not feel so overwhelmed that they would actually try giving EV Training an actual chance.

#4 - A Conclusion To AZ

One of the saddest parts of the Sixth Generation ultimately ending with the releases of Pokemon Sun & Moon is the most likely unfinished ending to the mysterious trainer and king AZ. He wasn't much more than a side story that went along with Pokemon X and Y and later mentioned in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, but AZ quickly became a fan favorite in his short fifteen minutes of fame. For one, he made the Ultimate Weapon that the plots of both X and Y revolved around. And if that's not the coolest thing ever, than we don't know what is. He also accidentally made the Eternal Flower Form of Floette, which STILL hasn't been released in the Sixth Generation.

But AZ's story sort of went unfinished. Sure, your trainer defeated the evil Team Flare and prevented them from destroying the world with the Ultimate Weapon (AZ's Biggest Regret) and AZ got his Floette back at the end of his storyline, but something to this day still feels missing in his saga. This mostly is due to the information released about him in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Basically, AZ's Ultimate Weapon either created or mutated the Legendary Pokemon Deoxys. Nothing was later said about, and it still leaves fans to wonder what else this machine of the former King AZ created that hasn't been revealed.

A true ending to the story, even if just a few more mere references, is all it would take to close the book of this mystery. But this ever happening, much like AZ as a whole, may just remain an enigma to the Pokemon Fanbase.
