#1 - Mega Lopunny

Mega Lopunny kicks some serious tail, if you know what we mean. Lopunny was a nothing. It had mediocre stats and a amatuer design. It could have definitely used a Mega Evolution, but no one in their right mind would have thought that it of all Pokemon would receive one. The Pokemon Creators obviously thought it was a good idea, and then came Mega Lopunny.

As a Mega Evolution, Mega Lopunny has everything. To start, it received a WICKED design that actually matched its new Normal / Fighting Typing (which is also AWESOME). Along with this new design and typing, Mega Lopunny was give INCREDIBLE Stats. Its Speed now tops in at 135, which is really, REALLY fast. It also now has a Base Attack Stat of 136. Now it's not the highest, but it surprisingly has a lot of power. These types of stats make Mega Lopunny an instant Sweeper, which it should be.

But what Mega Lopunny gained most was a new ability in Scrappy and a new signature move in Hi Jump Kick. With Scrappy, Mega Lopunny can hit every single Pokemon with Hi Jump Kick and Dizzy Punch, including Ghost Type Pokemon. This is a HUGE advantage for it, especially with how much punch Hi Jump Kick has too it. Mega Lopunny can literally KNOCK OUT opponents with its kick. Not to mention Lopunny can learning Healing Wish, which is also a great move.

Mega Lopunny really has no defaults with it. We guess you can argue that it's still weak to the common Fairy Type Pokemon, but the same could be said with Mega Garchomp. Mega Lopunny is who feel is the best Sinnoh Mega, and we, at least at this time, stand by our decision. We guess the saying "To Each Their Own" comes into play here.

Mega Lopunny is an incredible Pokemon, but that does take away from the greatness of Mega Lucario and, especially, Mega Garchomp. Almost all of the Mega Evolutions are great - except for a few - and some of them are more impressive to some people than to others.
