Well... There's blood. Not a ton unless you decapitate them, but still some. Obviously there's violence, and there is sex. You don't see anything, but it fades to black and you can defiantly hear what's going on. They also curse a bit. Not a lot, but they do say things like 'damn' but it's a really fun game, so I think it's just up to you. I would kept it from him for a few more years, but if he really loves games, then let him play it.

Yes I reckon coz I'm around that age and I have liked it since I was 7 and it's a great game to play.

I'd say yeah you should let him. But keep in mind there is stuff like sex scenes, although very censored and you'd have to know how to do it, to do it.
